  • What is Instagig?

    Instagig is an online marketplace for freelancers which offers a wide range of services, starting at $5 per Gig or service. This platform enables the freelancer community to offer their services to their target market or business. This environment promotes sustainability, value, and fairness.

    The core value of a service marketplace relies on its ability to match the people looking for a service with the most suitable providers. This is the most important flow that Instagig focuses on.

    We wanted to unleash the talents and unique skills of individuals worldwide and turn their talent and skills into big bucks by connecting both Buyers and Sellers.

  • Do I pay my seller directly?

    It's a No, You may not pay other users directly using any method other than ordering through the Instagig order page. Instagig is a platform that secures the payments made. All transactions are synced with the virtual currency system. Everything is under admin control.  This protects the buyer and seller, our sales support team will be happy to help and assist you anything you need related to sales.

    In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately.

     

     

  • Do I own what is delivered to me?

    Ownership and limitations: Unless clearly stated otherwise in the Gig description text, when the work is delivered, the buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered from the seller and the seller waives any and all moral rights therein. All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to the buyer shall be subject to full payment for the Gig.

  • Is my personal information safe?

    We care about your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy here. The Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service.

  • How do I order a Gig?

    To order a Gig, simply go to a seller’s Gig page and click the Order Now button and, if available, select the package you wish to buy. On the Order Details page, you will be able to add extras to your purchase (if offered), select multiple units of the Gig.

    Note: If you have any questions about the Gig, you can contact the seller with the Contact me button provided on the Gig page side bar.

     

  • How much are the site fees?

    For every gig posted on the site, we charge a 20% fee on the final payment. The fee is used to pay for transaction fees, site maintenance and helping sellers get buyers for their Gigs.

     

  • What can I sell in Instagig

    You can offer any type of service that can be delivered online, you can also check our Gig categories as a guide.

     

  • How can I make sure I get paid by the buyer?

    This won’t be a problem since buyers will need to pay in advanced before the gig is started. You won’t get the payments right away though, but we already have the payment in our system, ready to send to you anytime. You’ll have to complete the gig and deliver your work to the buyer and once the buyer accepts your gig and write a review the payment will instantly to be credited to your account.

  • How can I withdraw my earnings?

    When you have available balance in your seller account, you can withdraw your funds to either your PayPal account or transfer money to your bank account (“Direct Deposit”  Available for the Philippines only ).

    Notes:

    • You can withdraw money 14 days after the order is marked as completed.
    • You can only withdraw once per 24 hours.
    • Any fees incurred for these services will be charged to you. Our preferred cash out methods for bank deposit is BDO.

     

    To withdraw funds from your account:

    1. Once logged in, click My Profile > Revenues.
    2. If you have money available in the Available area, then you have two possible options to withdraw funds.
    3. On the revenue page just select the on the Choose your way to get money option, enter the amount and secure code, you can your request a Secure Code on the link provided on the page.

     

    PayPal

    • If you have Paypal account just add your Paypal email address on the Payment Method section on your account.

     

    Bank Transfer

    • If you have a bank account you can add your bank details in the Payment Method section on your account.

    Note: We only offered BDO Bank for Bank Transfer withdrawal.

  • Can I give any of my social media accounts such as Facebook, Skype etc to my buyers?

    It's a No! We are not allowing the sellers to use any other platform to communicate with the buyers, such as Facebook, Instagram, Skype, Viber and more.

    In case you have been asked to use an alternative way to communicate outside Instagig, please report it immediately.
